    You can shop online in Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Ireland, Greece, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Monaco, Luxembourg, México and Chile if the delivery address is in the country where you are placing the order. The website is available in Spanish and English based on the country from which you are browsing.

    YOUR PG ACCOUNT

    To proceed with the order, you need to either have an account or register during your purchase. Registering is very simple and you will only be asked essential information to expedite the purchase process. Moreover, having an account will give you access to your order details at any time.

    If you are a registered customer, you will need to verify your account during the purchase process.

    Once you have completed your order as registered customer, all the details will be available under My Orders in My Account, which can be accessed by clicking on the link with your name at the top of the page once you have logged in.

    From My Account you will also be able to manage your personal data, address book, favourites, newsletter subscription and returns.

    ORDER CONFIRMATION

    After properly finalising your purchase, we will show you a page with your order information. We will also send a confirmation email to the email address that you used to register.

    FAVOURITES

    You can save the items you like the most under Favourites so they are always at your disposal.

    The way it works is very simple: every time you click on the Add to Favourites button in the product description, the item will be added to your list.

    To generate a list, you need to be registered. If you are not, when you try to add and item to Favourites you will be asked to register.

    All our items are subject to strict quality controls to guarantee an excellent shopping experience. If an item does not meet your expectations or does not correspond to the one you requested, do not hesitate to contact Customer Service.

    You will receive the same item you see in the online store photos. However, there could be small differences in the finishing of handcrafted products because of the individual processing of each item.

    Payment can be made with credit or debit cards. The following cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard and AMEX.

    To complete the checkout process you must indicate the card number, the expiry date (in MM/YY format) and the CVV security code. If your card is secured, you will be asked for the relevant security codes. The order amount will be charged to your card after clicking on the "Confirm Order" button in the last step of the purchase process.

    The entire process is performed in an encrypted environment that guarantees exclusive communication with the bank. No data will be stored or manipulated by Purificación García but will be processed directly through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution. For greater security, we will use a Secure Electronic Commerce Authentication Service; a system established by Visa/MasterCard/Eurocard/AMEX, through which the customer is authenticated with their issuing bank and the transaction is authenticated with the acquiring bank.

    If you wish, you can store the information of the cards that you use regularly for your purchases. No data will be stored or manipulated by Purificación García. Instead, an internal identifier will be generated to facilitate future payments with the card’s issuing bank.

    In order to guarantee transaction confidentiality and integrity, all transactions will be carried out using the Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL) with 128-bit security codes.

    Payment will be carried out in real time through this payment gateway. In case payment cannot be correctly carried out, the order will be automatically cancelled.

    PAYPAL

    Payment can also be made through PayPal. This way, you can pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account, without sharing any financial information with Purificación García.

    The online payment transaction is processed with PayPal as an intermediary and through a secure server based on the SSL standard, which guarantees total data confidentiality.

    If you have created a payment agreement with PayPal by marking the "Remember PayPal data" box and you want to cancel the agreement, you can do so from your PayPal account.

    When the transaction is carried out, PayPal charges the specified amount to the buyer's card or PayPal account and sends immediate payment confirmation to Purificación García, which will proceed to ship the product automatically.

    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    GENERAL QUESTIONS

    You can receive your order made on the website and In-Store App at store at the address of your choice (except PO Box) or at any Purificación García store. Delivery address must be located in Poland in both cases.

    In the case of orders made in periods of high demand, the estimated delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

    STORE DELIVERY

    Delivery to Purificación García stores is always free of charge and the delivery period is between 2 and 7 business days from the confirmation of the order.

    When your order is ready to be picked up at the selected store, we will notify you by SMS and email. From that moment, you will have 7 days to collect your order. In case the order is not collected, we will proceed to cancel the order 15 days after the notification and a refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

    To pick up your order in store, you must present the SMS or email receipt confirming your purchase. An ID will then be requested to confirm the identity of the person who picks up the order.

    If another person picks up the order in your name, please provide him/her with a copy of your ID together with a signed authorisation.

    HOME DELIVERY

    Home delivery is 40zl and the delivery period is between 2 and 7 business days from the confirmation of the order.

    Prior to delivering the order, the courier may contact you to schedule the date and time of delivery.

    TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    Once your order has been placed, we will update you on its status via email.

    You can access all order information in My Orders under My Account.

    To access My Account you must log in and follow the link with your name at the top of page.

    RETURNS

    GENERAL QUESTIONS

    Returns at Purificación García are free of charge. Returns can be requested up to 30 calendar days from the confirmation date of the order on the delivery note you received with your order.

    You should use the original shipping packaging when returning articles. This ensures the items will always be protected and will arrive in perfect condition.

    The items must be new, in perfect condition and with the original tags and packaging. Footwear without the original packaging will not be accepted as both are considered part of the product. We do not accept the return of personalised items or those with alterations.

    Returns that do not comply with any of the conditions specified above will not be accepted.

    To return an item, you can request home collection through the website.

    ONLINE RETURNS

    To return an item, please follow the steps detailed below:

    1. Check the items you wish to return in the Return column of the delivery note you received with your order.
    2. Access the My Returns section in My Account and request the collection of the items.
    3. The transport agency may contact you to schedule the date and time of collection.
    4. Hand over the sealed package to the courier with the original packaging.
    5. A notification will be sent once your return has been received and processed and we will issue a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase.

    CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

    If you would like to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact our Customer Service team so they can process the order cancellation. The cancellation will be processed depending on the status of the order.

    In case you forgot your password, you can restore it in the log in section. Follow the steps and you will receive an email with the instructions to obtain a new password.
